Most of the work accomplished in Binghamton was in the form of individual buildings and urban infrastructure, as indicated by these drawings for re-building the historic Court Street Bridge, top, and the WPA era Clinton Street Bridge, below. Lollipop lights were never to be and have since gone out of fashion.

A mostly-implemented design to pedestrianize Collier Street, between Hawley  and Court Streets, to better integrate the Old City Hall with the grounds of the Broome County Courthouse.
